Rachel D'Cruze was born in Brighton and has spent the last 10 years involved in TV, Film & Theatre production.

Her career started at the BBC as PA to Jonathan Powell with a move to production in BBC Drama Films with credits, such as: Trust Me & The Hummingbird Tree (BBC Screen One)

In 1993, she is Second Assistant on Cracker (Granada TV), Hearts & Minds (Channel 4), and the feature film: In the Name of The Father (Hell's Kitchen).

Rachel becomes ASM/Production Manager for the Co-Active Theatre Factory from 1993 - 1996 and Company Manager for the London International Festival of Theatre (L. I. F. T.) in 1995.

Her association with Incisor Productions, whose Resident Producer she now is, began in December 1999.

September 2000 sees her current collaboration as Film Producer with Director Adam Clement on The Attic.
