Another Hot New Play by Jim Madden

"NASTY BOY"

EdinburghFestival 2001 new play by Jim Madden

produced by Incisor and Komedia @ Roman Eagle Lodge

"Don't go standing on any balconies!"... Black comedy about quantum physics, psoriasis, and serial killers...A New play by Jim Madden, writer of the highly acclaimed hit play "I Know what You Want", which received 5 stars from The Scotsman at last year's Edinburgh Festival.

It’s a very weird little piece this, very funny in parts and black and disturbing in others...But there is something going on here in the writing that is worth watching.

...Channel 4 executives would kill to squeeze something with this much life into half an hour of post-watershed primetime. This was everything the "young people in a flat" sitcom has aspired to be and never managed. Expect to see more of it. (ROSS HAWKINS, The Argus, Tuesday, July 25, 2000)

edinburgh festival new playwright, Jim Madden

... A worthy play delivered by a more than excellent cast...
